The Introduction to Project Management course focuses on the fundamentals of project management for new and experienced project managers looking to improve their project performance through formalized methodology and the implementation of industry best practices. The course covers the five Process Groups and the nine Knowledge Areas of PMI. From Project Initiation, through Execution, Monitoring and Controlling, and Project Closure, this course offers the foundational instruction that every Project Manager needs to be successful in the long term.
This course follows the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK) and can be your first step on the way to the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Who Should Attend?
